Everyone has inner resources,

Is walking coaching the solution for you?
In this form of coaching I go for a walk in nature with you and I put it during
our session (s) every now and then.
Coaching in nature is more powerful than coaching indoors, because….
nature is soothing and makes you
more relaxed,
which helps to quiet the thinking in the head.
Walking is what sets thoughts and feelings in motion.
It is easier to distance yourself from daily trading and the regular
patterns and you can let go of things more easily.
This also gives you peace and space in your head, so that you can do better
concentrate, think more freely and more clearly and more easily
make decisions.
By moving, your body produces substances that make you happier and
feeling more positive.
This lowers stress (lower blood pressure), reduces anxiety or anxiety
depressed feelings and tension in the muscles diminish.
A conversation in a changing natural environment continues
