The intake interview is free and lasts 45 minutes. After that, depending on your decision, a follow-up can be chosen in the form of a number of sessions. A session lasts 60 minutes and is scheduled in consultation per week or per 2 weeks, depending on the amount of appointments and of my calendar. If it turns out that multiple sessions are needed, a tailor-made package with a cheaper rate per session can be chosen.  This is always negotiable depending on the individual wishes and needs. 

The location of coaching depends on the chosen coaching form: 

1. at home with client (in consultation with coach)
2. coach at work address (see contact details)
3. at specific location (e.g. swimming location or walking location)

Prices for individuals or self-employed persons are shown below per session per person and excluding VAT. Students have a 15% discount.  Companies are subject to different rates and these are agreed upon in consultation.  Please contact me personally. If an appointment for a session is cancelled less than 2 business days in advance, the fee for this appointment will be charged. It is important whether you start a journey as a private individual or as a self-employed person or as an employee. Below you will find my complete offer in bird’s eye view. After an extensive intake, it is often a good estimate of the costs to be made. Here I draw up a quote. Compensation is possible via PGB or Care in Natura. In certain cases, compensation can also be arranged through the employer or is included as a deduction in the income tax return.

Compensation via PGB

 If you receive a Personal Tied Budget (PGB) or you are eligible, counselling/coaching/therapy may be funded as an activating and supportive assistance. Employer compensation In the context of prevention of absenteeism and incapacity for work, employers are increasingly willing to reimburse the costs of coaching or counselling for their employees.  Sometimes a coaching budget is included in the COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. Ask your supervisor or HR manager. Compensation in the education sector People working in education can call on the so-called Replacement Fund.  This fund reimburses, under certain conditions, the guidance of teachers. The teacher can choose a caregiver himself.

Tax administration

For workers, the costs of guidance can in some cases be partly as a deduction at the Tax Office. For workers, an annual budget is often available, which can be used if a pathway reduces or prevents absenteeism, or if the guidance otherwise benefits work. Check with your tax consultant. 

Coaching, counseling or therapy 

The emphasis in coaching is on achieving a goal. In therapy, the emphasis is more on processing events and experiences. And in counseling especially on listening and being there for someone. Coaching looks more to present and future, therapy more to past and present, while counseling remains in the present. This is an accent difference.
